Quarks are tiny elemental particles that make up protons and neutrons that, along with electrons, make up atoms – the building blocks of all matter.

Energy is our first language. Then our minds muscle in. We overthink.

Everything we desire to know and be is already “written”: in the land, the rocks and forest, in the sand and lakes, in the ocean and sky, in the skudding clouds and vast blueness and in the deep field cosmos. It is encoded within us.

This series is a snippet of this connection, this knowing, the energy that is. There is no separation between us and everything and everyone else as there is nothing to separate from.
